Tickets for TSO Weekend of Romantic Music.

As part of our commitment to introducing young people to live classical music, under 18s are able to attend the entire weekend for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

PLEASE NOTE: We really encourage all ticket holders to attend the talks by Prof. Frank Denyer at 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Entrance is FREE. So have an early dinner and don't miss out!

Saturday 24th November

10am - 1pm: Veronika Shoot - programme to be announced
2pm - 4pm: Open rehearsal with the TSO
6pm: Prof Frank Denyer talks about the Eroica and the Romantic Era, accompanied live by members of the TSO with excerpts from the symphony.  Free entry with Concert Ticket

Beethoven: Symphony no 3 in Eb, 'Eroica'

Sunday 25th November

10am - 1pm: Irina Lyakhovskaya masterclass works with instrumentalists and accompanists  - programme to be announced
2 - 5pm: Open Rehearsal with the TSO
6pm: Prof Frank Denyer talks about the Prelude and Liebestod from Wagner's Tristan and Isolde, accompanied live by members of the TSO with excerpts from the music. Free entry with Concert Ticket

This weekend explores the Romantic Era in music - from its beginnings with Beethoven's Eroica and its culmination with Wagner's Tristan and Isolde.
